The Gluten & Grain Free Gourmet means Grain Free Isn't Taste Free!

You've heard of Paleo and Grain Free a lot as of late. But does it have any merit in being an option and why would anyone challenge themselves more? Well, many people do it as a way to achieve better health. We've met someone who can teach you all about this life style change, Jennifer Cuevas, of The Gluten and Grain Free Gourmet.

Jennifer lives grain free, dairy free, and poultry free. Yes, we said poultry, and she can elaborate more on that if you wish to ask her. Jennifer sent Erin Everett 13 yr old of Gluten Free Kids ROCK some samples of her amazing goodies to try and this is what Erin said:

Gluten Free & Paleo Pumpkin Spice Muffin

Wow! I enjoyed this muffin so much; it was so moist as well as the flavors just blending in! It literally melted in my mouth! I loved how it had a full taste and how it wasn’t crumbly. It was, in my opinion, one of the best Pumpkin spice muffins I’ve had yet. Especially how it holds the after taste in my mouth, but it only makes me want more.

Gluten Free & Paleo Banana Nut Muffin

Really, I have to give it to The Gluten & Grain Free Gourmet.... This was just mind blowing. The nuts tasted extremely well with the banana, it had a moist taste, almost like a cake that was just made with a glaze on top. It’s very beautiful as well, the size and shape are perfect to fit in small mouths like mine!

Gluten Free Dairy Free Cashew Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie

Man! The cashew and the chocolate chips go right together! It’s not too sweet, not too nutty nor exploded with chocolate chips… It’s just right. It tastes like a majestic cookie, one that’s rich with flavor and rich with beauty. Because it is beautiful! It makes you want to get more after just one little taste of the mouth watering cookie.

Sounds good enough to eat!
